Example
A large organization with an extensive help section wanted to know whether AI assistants describe its rules correctly. We used appariq to ask ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude 150 questions the way people type them into Google. We compared each of the 450 answers with the website and assigned a cause to every deviation.
"Imprecise" means: nothing wrong, but important conditions are missing.
Share of fully correct answers on the right
ChatGPT was clearly ahead and mostly cited the matching help pages directly.
Based on 854 deviations in 450 answers, measured in September 2026.
On top of that, the AI pointed to URLs on the website that do not exist.
The findings turned into an action list in two stages, split into content and technology.

Process
From Search Console, your help section and customer service. 50 questions are enough for smaller websites; large help sections need 100 to 150.
All three AI systems, every answer in full text with its sources.
For every question, the page on your website that contains the right answer.
Every statement against the target page: correct, imprecise, partly wrong or wrong, with a cause for every deviation.
Implement the measures and measure again with the same questions after a few weeks.
On your own or with support
You add the questions, appariq delivers answers and sources. Your team checks the CSV export. 50 questions in the Basic plan are enough to get started.
We take care of the questions, the checking and the root-cause analysis. You get a table with every answer, every verdict and every affected page, plus a report with an action list.
No. appariq delivers the answers in full text along with their sources. You or Rheinwunder check them against your website.
There is no direct way to do that. What works is improving the sources the AI draws on: your own website and third-party pages.
50 questions are enough for smaller websites. Large help sections with many rules need 100 to 150.
After major changes to your website, and otherwise about once a quarter. Ongoing tracking in appariq shows you in between whether answers change.
